1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or any other promotional offers provided by mp008 to users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

To register and use mp008 services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. mp008 strictly enforces this age requirement and will request identity verification through Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or other government-issued identification.

• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or prohibited from gambling by any court order or legal authority.

2.2 Account Registration Process

• Register only one account per person. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

2.3 Account Restrictions

mp008 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account if:

• The user fails to meet eligibility requirements outlined in section 2.1.
• The user provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The user is found to have multiple accounts or is sharing an account with other individuals.
• The user engages in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The user is associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

When making deposits to your mp008 account, the following terms apply:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for all payment methods including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri bank transfers and OVO, DANA, GoPay e-wallets.
• Maximum Deposit: Individual transaction limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. Standard maximum is Rp 100,000,000 per transaction, subject to banking institution limits.
• Processing Time: Bank transfers are typically processed instantly during Indonesian banking hours (WIB timezone). E-wallet deposits are processed immediately. Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). mp008 does not support currency conversion or foreign currency deposits.
• Payment Method Verification: You may only deposit from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be rejected.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

When requesting withdrawals from your mp008 account, the following terms apply:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Daily withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 for Bronze tier, Rp 100,000,000 for Silver tier, and Rp 250,000,000 for Gold VIP tier members.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours for Bronze members, 12-24 hours for Silver members, and within 12 hours for Gold VIP members. Processing times are calculated during Indonesian business days (Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays).
• Verification Requirements: Your account must be fully verified through KYC procedures before your first withdrawal. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification at mp008's discretion.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account in your registered name.
• Wagering Requirements: Deposit amounts and any associated bonuses must meet applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See section 4 for bonus-specific wagering terms.

3.3 Transaction Fees and Charges

mp008 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility. mp008 reserves the right to introduce transaction fees with 30 days' advance notice to all users.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by mp008 are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are promotional credits provided at mp008's discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and maximum bet limits as stated in the bonus terms at the time of acceptance.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn immediately and must be wagered according to the specified requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• Only one bonus per person, household, IP address, email address, or payment method is permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, colluding with other players, or employing betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

The mp008 welcome bonus offers 100% match up to Rp 5,000,000 on your first deposit, subject to a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. The bonus must be wagered within 30 days of issuance. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, table games contribute 20%, and sports betting contributes 50%. Minimum qualifying deposit is Rp 100,000.

4.3 Other Promotions

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall mp008's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by mp008

mp008 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You fail to complete identity verification within requested timeframes.
• Your account is associated with suspicious activity or potential money laundering.
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.

Upon suspension or termination, any pending withdrawals may be canceled, bonuses forfeited, and access to your account disabled. mp008 will return your deposited balance (minus any identified fraudulent funds) to your verified payment method after deducting applicable fees or charges.

9.2 User-Initiated Account Closure

You may close your mp008 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with positive balance must complete withdrawal procedures before closure is finalized. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming services provided to users in Indonesia.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of mp008 services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations with our customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules.

Users agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against mp008.

11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

mp008 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email notification to the registered email address and/or prominent notice on the website at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
